Route Mondego Fields

This is a low difficulty level route, suitable for complete endurance training. As it mainly consists of continuous flat zones, it also allows a split workout of specific endurance and sprint training, as well as technical training of pull through with different types of paceline.

Route Costa Nova

This route has technical characteristics very similar to Route Mondego Fields, but with a different itinerary. The section by the coastline may be very demanding in very windy days and depending on the direction of the ride.

Route of the Wind Farm

This route tours the hinterland, with some of the most demanding and longest ascents of the region. The slopes can reach up to 17% when climbing towards the Wind Farm, one of the highest points of the region. It is suitable for strength-endurance training or specific endurance training as well as climbing/descending technical training.

Route of the 5 Summits

This route has a very undulating itinerary, with ascents of different difficulty levels and length. The workout session can be oriented for strength-endurance or specific endurance training as well as climbing/descending technical training.

Green Route

This route is a mix of flat and average duration ascent with slopes between 3% and 15%. It can be ridden in both directions. The workout session can be oriented for strength-endurance or specific endurance training as well as climbing/descending technical training.
